The Great Tea Debacle

Why in the world I signed up for The Great Tea Debacle is beyond me. Honestly, I know exactly why. There's now way I will win, but there's something to be said for the camaraderie gained from such an event.

Stemming from the fun jests in preparation from Nano, the Debacle is a competition between a few writers to see who can accomplish the most between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30. Everyone has anted up some tea related item, and the winner takes all.

I'm really looking forward to having a blast losing. Who knew that was possible?

I've never looked more forward to a good butt-kicking in all my life!

Seriously, this is going to be one heck of a good time.

That's why I'm keener on the Tea Debacle than NaNo: It just seems like more FUN. I can't wait to race you people. :-)

I've actually forgotten I signed up for Nano - the Tea Debacle has taken it's place, though I'll still register my word count with Nano, since one can never have too many silly little awards to justify a month's worth of numb-butt and raw fingers :D

But nothin' beats Tea !

**psst** I've got an icecube's hope in hell of winning this one too. Still, the talking big stuff is fun.

Good luck!
